At Osloya, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products designed to enhance your wellness. We stand by the effectiveness of our products and encourage customers to use them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits before considering a return.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after 14 days, and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please follow the steps below.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible products. To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be used for at least 14 days before a return request is initiated.
  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🚫 We do not accept returns for skin reactions or sensitivities, as all ingredients are disclosed on our [Ingredients Page], allowing customers to review them before purchase.


Damaged Items

We ensure secure packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

A replacement may be issued at no cost if the product itself is damaged.
🚫 Minor shipping damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered a defect.

We do not refund or replace products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental breakage after use.


Returns for Used Products

  • Serum Pods: Due to hygiene reasons, used serum pods are non-refundable.
  • CO2 Oxygen Bubble Pen: Refunds may be processed for an unused or intact device only. Customers must provide a clear photo of the pen in good condition before approval.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

We strive for timely deliveries but are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays, lost, or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout (If not corrected within 24 hours, resends/refunds are not possible)
