Order Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, our processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The estimated delivery time of your package depends on various factors, including your location. Please see the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence:

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates outside of our control. If a product is being shipped worldwide, there may be unexpected customs delays, which could extend the overall delivery time frame.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our customer support team will contact you by email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of placing your order. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at bridgeteve@osloya.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes after this time.
Delayed Delivery:
At Osloya, we understand that receiving your order on time is important, and we strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that there may be delays due to circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will work with the courier to ensure timely delivery.
Additionally, unforeseen circumstances such as product availability, address verification issues, or payment processing delays may affect the shipment of your order. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay occurs.
Please note that Osloya is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will keep you updated and assist in resolving any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at bridgeteve@osloya.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend reaching out directly to the courier to file a claim. Most courier companies have claims processes, and we will also follow up on your behalf. Osloya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, but we will assist in resolving the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement.
If the package is not found, we suggest filing a police report.
